My Complaint Description:
Hello GrahakSuraksha Team,
I bought a tablet A3000, from Amazon the product is good. But suddenly it is not working any more. The tablet is only showing “lenovo” and not processing further.
I take the product to service center on Saturday (12 – Sept – 2015) morning they reply me on Monday (14 – Sept – 2015) that the mother board is not available with Ahmedabad office. So they are unable to process the same.

They ask me to contact Lenovo Tab support for the same.
So I raised the below concern with Lenovo team that:
1. Why I am getting such negative response from the Lenovo service center?
2. Can you tell me, what to do with this product, whose mother board is not available with the Lenovo company itself as per Truevision service center, who take care of Lenovo items in Rajkot?

They reply me that:

As per our telephonic conversation, we understand that there is issue with the tablet not booting completely.

You have visited the service centre regarding this issue also and they have informed that motherboard needs to be replaced.

But then after I didn't receive any call from them, when I called them today. They Provide me another ref.#217310376 and ask me to wait for their response.

Can you kindly look into the same and advice me?
