My Complaint Description:
Just before 2 years I had purchased a new Sony Bravia Television.Before 3-4 months there was some problem in LED.So i contact sony customer care.The service man came and check the LED.Then after i called to Customer care they are saying that panel of your LED tv is damaged.Company have stol to create this panel so we can't provide you service.You can buy a new LED with 25% discount.
Now there is a simple thing that within just 2 years company like a SONY stop to create spareparts,that is not a problem of customera.This is totally wrong and its cheating with customers by SONY tv.
