My Complaint Description:
Sir,
I have ordered a smart phone make XOLO company of model no.: XOLO ERA HD at about Rs. 4777.00 on 16.11.2015 frin Gadget360.com site & i received this smart phone on 24-11-2015, But SIM card slot is not open and also SIM card is in tray format , just like tray, open tray but its totally open out , mobile phone battery is not removable , which is not mentioned in the website description.details of smart phone specification.

Please solve this if not please help to reimbursed it .
As per specification battery must be open and battery should be of 2500 mah. But if smart phone is not open from back side then how to see the battery whether it is of 2500 mah or not this is also a problem.
I have contacted the customer care but not responding to tell any thing . they only say that contact to service centre or any other shop to solve this.

But why i have to go any other places . if i buy any product from Gadget360.com then why i have to go some other shop.

Please solve this by returning this product with full satisfaction.
