My Complaint Description:
I had obtained a broadband connection for my office in September-2015 for which a salesman from Airtel visited my office and explained me the plan of the Airtel broadband. from which I selected a plan of 599/- per month with 5 GB of 3G data usage per month. The salesman told me that if I pay for 6 months, I will get an extra month as a bonus and connection charges will be levied. He gave me a Customer Enrolment Form (CEF) in which this all things were mentioned. I gave him a cheque of 4100/- Rs. (3594/- as base cost plus 14% service tax 503.16 = 4097.16/- Rs.). My broadband connection started on very next day.
Now after three and half month of my services are stopped without any intimation or clarification and asking me for a payment of amount 1245/-. For which I don't agree as such it is clearly mention in CEF that I have paid for 6 months + 1 month bonus, and my connection charges were levied. I would like your suggestion for the same, on what shall I do further?
