My Complaint Description:
I had booked ticket online from on 9th March'15. Here out of 3 transactions 2 got failed(2400×2=4800) and 1 got confirmed ticket. Now out of 2 failed transactions, redbus has only refunded 1 failed transaction amout 2400. For remaining 2400 Rs. I have called call center 20 times and explained my case. Initialy they were not ready to agree about amount which got failed. They keep me on hold for 15-20 mins and still no result at the end. I checked with ICICI bank and they also confirmed it's paied to vendor. Since last month Redbus is telling that they found this missing details and refunding my 2400 Rs but instead of 7 working days it has been more than a month and there is not update from redbus.
Kindly help me out. I have spent lot more money over call center and still my money is not refunded since last 5 months.
