My Complaint Description:
My Credit Card was lost on 3 rd of September, 2015. Of this I came to know on 4th September, 2015. I immediately called HDFC Customer Care and got my card blocked.

Thereafter I made a police complaint. And E-mailed the Police Complaint and HDFC Complaint form to the cc.disputes@hdfcbank.com. My reference number was 15248069337.

After few weeks HDFC gave information that it's a PIN based transaction and all amount would be incurred by me.

From then onwards I am escalating the matter to HDFC higher authorities but no result. I had been constantly demanding them CCTV Footage.

But HDFC was always delaying this only to hide their mistake. Of which I came to know when HDFC person showed me CCTV clips (Rather than CCTV Footage I was demanding for). The clips shown to me was all dark with nothing visible.

HDFC has cheated me by providing dark CCTV clips and that too after continuous following them on E-mail for 3 months.

When it's the fault of HDFC, I want all the amount levied upon me should be withdrawn.
