My Complaint Description:
I was having postpaid connection from last 3 years. I have received a call from Tata docomo (not from me) for Plan change. They told me that considering my previous usage I ll be getting lower bills If I do a plan change. I told them its OK considering lower bills. then again I received or I call to/from Tata docomo (dont know exactly who call), then I told them if you are not providing unlimited plan, I dont want to change the plan. Then for May-July I received bills around 1700 -2000 high than usual 500-700.

I have already shifted to vodafone (MNP), and Tata docomo has told me that they will not waive my charges as I have said Yes first for the first time and plan cancel was not done as it can be cancelled only after activation which I dont have info.

There were three things
1. Misleading usage calculation and misselling of product
2. Half information provided
3. No sms information received after free usage for charges which other companies are following.
