My Complaint Description:
I have done a bi annually service contract with eureka Forbes to service my water purifier. My contract no is 1010386520, date of contract starting from 24/6/2013 to 23/6/2015. During this contract period we were committed to provide us 6 service( 4 mandatory n 2 if required) under the said contract. After giving three services, they didn't came for service in the past one year. We have made several calls to their call center. But no response was given to us.
Now after one year, suddenly their service rep came for contract renewal without giving us the pending services, upon asking on pending services they behave rudely and asked us to call on call center no. I personally contacted on call center no : 39883333, the person didn't responded my call and disconnected my phone.
We have retained the service contract paper which is in pink colour as n evidence of proof.
Sir, I sincerely request your good self to look in to this matter and oblige us.
