I Ripen Shah having a digital TV Connection of Airtel with ID No:3015114013. Recently I recharged with 12 month pack(Rs.3878) of Sports economy plus on date of 20th Sep. After that when i look at my balance today it shows me 3735. when i call to customer care they says every days they cut 2 to 3 Rs for recording because my recording pack is over they don''t even ask for me for renew and when i call them they don''t even give proper answer to me and my balance reduced everyday even my recording pack started. please help me in this matter
