My Complaint Description:

From Last 3 months I am contacting the YU company again and again related to my phone's heating issue and hanging problem.
After 1 month, so in december there replaced device came to my house but which was damaged piece. And so I returned it. And after returned that phone they generated new waybill no. after 20-25 days and for generating that no. I have call him again and again. And there contact no. is not toll free no. So whenever I call them I have to spend atlist 50 rs for one call. Then new generated way bill no. and due to that My another new replaced device might be came in 15 working days but today it was 1 month pass out.

When I call them they always telling me that… " aap nischint rahie appki problem jrur solve ki jayegi.." And last time when I call them I had to spent 75 rs mobile recharge for contacting their senior but though my problem is not solved yet.

They give me details to go to service centre but all the service center nearby to me is closed. and so I can not able to solve my problem.

Though my phone is under warranty I can not able to take good services from company though weasting such mobile money to them.
And uptill I have spent almost 700 rs as mobile recharge and my phone value was 9000/-
