My Complaint Description:
I had purchased Dell Inspiron 3147 Service Tag: GD1FB12 | Express Service Code: 35616971414 laptop from croma at 22/12/2014 and assured standard service warranty of 1 year but when i checked it on-line it showed up to 17 November 2015
after asking so many times to dell and croma they ware not updating my details. Meanwhile I had a display issue for long period and dell has changed my display about 4 times in 3-4 months at last they approved to change my laptop with refurnished .But they send me new display again and changed it and again i got an issue after calling dell they told me that they will not support as warranty expired but as by billing i have still warranty period left so i asked croma for warranty update but still its not updated and also provided dell an Bill copy buy they are still saying that warranty has been expired so please kindly response
