My Complaint Description:
I had contacted YU via email regarding the handset issues and they replied me on 2nd January 2015 that I would get new handset and they also send me Order number and waybill number.
Since then I have contacted them many a times via E-mails and calls. But they are not replying for E-mails and their customer number is not working.

I think they are making fraudulent activities and customers should have to stop purchasing YU cellphones.
