My Complaint Description:
Dear sir, I have Icici credit card since 2004. I am regularly pay bills but due to non delivery of bills I was late paid in Jan & feb 2015 and I had requested frequently to customer care but they are not considering the wieve off the interest n panelty for late payment due to non delivery of bill. Now since Jan 2015 the bills are increasing with panelty n interest and now it is 4670/_ as per rules panelty &interest charge one time but bank has charged panelty & interest on panelty & interest pl register my complain
