First of all its our wish when we want to recharge. No one mentioned initially that there will be IMF charges. I would like to understand what you have done when we didn't recharged on time? Did you called me and remind me ? did you do any thing specific for me to charge that? This is not at all acceptable .. I will recharge my account when i have money. It is same like my prepaid account. If i have balance i can able to enjoy the show, if not then i will not. AIRTEL – DTH team you have to refund my total imf charges till today
