I given my phone infocus m350 in service center of my phone on 7/11/2016 . My phone had charging problem. I called in service center for update about my phone . So they told me the parts are pending .the parts are pending from last two month. I told them for replacement of my phone so they told me to call at head office of the service center. Respected Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model sony ericsson j105i to Sony Ericsson service center Accel Frontline Service, Khemka House,5th floor,Drive in Rd Branch for Display problem On 3 March, 2011. From there i got job sheet (SE311AAD10156) and they told me it will take 2 days maximum . after 6 days When I called to service center they told me it will take 10 days more.Now 1 month gone.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and but sorry to say that the service of
