Sir, i have paid bill amont 1 week ago then also I'm facing the problem taporary stopage of out going services and i want to inform you that this is second time that airtel has stopped my out going services. I also visited customer care office Bhavnagar but no step has been taken yet . Even i have also called to the customer care office. But the result was same.im business my and due to stoppge of service i have loss my customer order .so I hope you will take steps as soon as possible.

Aritel Billing Issue Without Service I Have Been Charged

My Complaint Description:
There was service available from Mid of May 2012 and the same was reported and it was informed there is cable cut and need some time later there was no service called and found that issue resolved but broadband was not working again called CC and they informed the issue is not fixed but always the ticket is used to get closed as the Engineer attend and fixed but that never happened no one is used to come all are liar and then i followed till July after which also it was not fixed and spoke nodal officer and he informed account is inactive he cannot help so make a payment he will activate and will fix the issue, meanwhile someone called me from Airtel and informed all the waiver is provide and need to pay only 1500 which is the usage of April and May bill and this is as per my bill plan of fixed 750 package, So some person came to collect the amount hence i paid the cheque and as per promise the service need to be restored but never happened so i made the stop payment of the cheque later i never tried checking with the service as i was fed up so no one from airtel is also called later after 4 or 5 months got call so told them to check the history and call me but no one called later in Feb 2013 got the legal notice and even some one called me for the payment so i told them the issue and they said it will be fixed but no one is checking the issue properly and send me the email as spoken to me but no one called me it is very horrible service given by them and also very worst people they just lie, So requesting to check the issue.… Continue reading
