Dear Sir,
I had left my Tata 407 vehicle for service 3 days ago.It took 2 days for doing just attending oil service, grease packing etc,. Even that was not done properly. when asked the next day they said to drive the vehicle back to their service center all the way 40 km. when we said that other service stations could have completed this work in just 3 to 4 hrs,the response we got was you can just go there itself for the service.Is this the way to reply to a customer?I have never seen such a worst service from any other motors.We have other motor vehicles of eicher & others also but I have not seen such a worst and unresposible motor service.If this persists then no customers will come forward to purchase your vehicles.I want some proper action to be taken from your side as soon as possible.… Continue reading
