My Complaint Description:
We procure the Polo TDI for your showroom on 3rd of October 2011.

The selection procedure had started due to liking of the German Technology i had selected the POLO TDI on 3rd sep 2011 & Advance cheque worth of 50,000/-INR had been given to Sales Person on the same day with the committement of assure delivery on 28th of Sep 2011.

At the time of delivery on 28th morning we transfer the remaining margin money to your account & after so many follow up i got the messge that my finace bank SBI they were facing some problem in server from last 24 hours & due to that i have to change my delivery schedule from 28th sept to 3rd October.Just to understanding the month end pressure on sales team we allowed your sales team to invoice the car on 30th SEPTEMBER 2011 which we had taken the delivery on 3rd of october 2011 for the same.… Continue reading
