I have had internet connectivity from tikona since more than 3 years. In last 3 months, I face that some guys are hacking my wifi router and writing some bad words in the wifi connection name and also use internet in the much amount of GB. So I requested strongly for close my connection and paid all outstanding amounts. Also informed them, I have no option of confirming close internet by email or mobile number because email id is closed and mobile number has no provision to send SMS.
