We purchased a NIA health policy for my mother in law (Mrs Sunita Tokas) from Bhartiya Mahila Bank (policy number 31200034163500000036) on 8th june 2015 and subsequently renewed the same on 8th june 2016 . The TPA assigned to us was Good Health, ID for which was mentioned as GHNABM02441742 in the policy.
During this period i.e. june 2015 onwards there was no hospitalization of the insured, however on the 28th January 2017 the insured suddenly complaint about drowsiness and pain in body at which point she was admitted to Fortis Vasant Kunj.… Continue reading
