Respected sir.
मेरा आपकी बैंक में पिछले 13-14 साल से current account है। sir मैने आपकी बैंक से swipe machine लिया था तब मुझे ऐसा कहा गया था कि आपको monthly कोई चार्ज नही लगेगा , तब हमने ये मशीन बुक करवाया था और आज इसी महीने में मुझे कोई information दिए बिना मेरे account से rs.560.50 तीन बार कट गए हैं जो कि बिल्कुल ही गलत बात है। मेरे आफिस के मैनेजर jigar bhai पिछले 20 दिन से सभी काम धंधा छोड़ के आपकी बैंक के चक्कर लगा रहे हैं। दो दो application receive करवा चुके हैं। बैंक के मैनेजर मिलते नही है। स्वाइप मशीन दो बार वापस भेजा, कोई लेने को तैयार नही, कोई complain सुनने को तैयार नही। काफी परेशान हो चुके है इस तरह मेहनत की कमाई से बिना इनफार्मेशन के तीन तीन बार गलत तरीके से 560.50 rs काट लिया गया है। श्रीमान कृपया मेरे एकाउंट में ये पैसे वापस जमा करवाने का कष्ट करें और आगे दुबारा ये amount न कटे ऐसी खातरी दे अन्यथा हमे ग्राहक सुरक्षा केंद्र में कंप्लेन करना पड़ेगा और आपकी बैंक से इतना पुराना account बंद करना पड़ेगा।
