I am writing this note to register a complaint about irresponsible behaviour & "don't-give-a-damn" attitude of the GTPL authorities towards the complaints that I have regarding an issue that I am facing since 20-25 days on my broadband subscription.
I have subscribed to GTPL's 10mbps broadband plan a few month ago. Recently, starting from the mid of December 2017, every day during the evening time around 7-8pm, the broadband speed goes down to as low as 0.01mbps.
