Hello,

my name is chintan pancholi and i have tried to book Ghanchakkar movie from PVR ahmedabad (Online) , on 27th June at 7:11 PM for the show at 10 PM for 29th June , from my kotak credit card for buy 1 get 1 free ticket and i already paid Rs.394.94 (for 2 tickets – offer) but my tickets are not booked and i could not get tickets but i already paid money and also its debited from my kotak credit card account so please send my money back to me

here i am attaching error page at the time of booking

also got message from kotak like below :

Hello Sir,

I have recharged online from tata docomo website http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx website.

I have recharged three times on my phone (with 255 RS) but every time i got message that your transaction is not successful and so you will get balance back to your bank account but 1 month passed still i do not get any balance so i have consulted with my bank (AXIS BANK) but they told me that we do not get any money from DOCOMO so we can not give you money back…

Then i have mailed to [email protected] tata docomo website but they are not replying me properly they only saying that we have credited your balance in your account….… Continue reading
