My Complaint Description:
We have been using services of videocon mobile for past year,I find one of the sim card has been deactivated without informing nor by trying to reverify my docs .Reverifying Docs is a good security policy and should been done from time to time.
Is their anything concrete policy to stop Companys from using this Blanket statement to deactivate services without informing the client to resubmit his doc.In this case they do not have the infra to collect docs siting again a stock statement ”technical difficulty”.… Continue reading
