I AM A VODAFONE CUSTOMER WITH TWO NOs 9167002601 & 02. ON 25TH NOV 2011, I GOT MY PHONE RECHARGED FOR RS 333/- AT AROUND 1600 HRS. I HAD A PREVIOUS BALANCE OF RS 56/-. THEREAFTER I SENT AN SMS AND GOT SMS 89 PACK ACTIVATED. THE BALANCE THEN WAS RS 300/- APPROXIMATELY. HOWEVER WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION, THE BALANCE KEPT ON REDUCING DAILY.
