Still I have not received any refund please look into the matter.

I hv already sevaral times sent the mails and telephoned but I didn't get any refund till date.

Customer care even not picking the phone calls also its more than 50 days over but I hv not received any refund

hello my self ketan shah and this pnr no. V4T2GL that i hve provide u name of Pooja shah she is my sister my complain regarding for this pnr if u check its a 1sep 2016 pune to chennai and chennai to singapore she travel pune to chennai but when she reach chennai to board for flight chennai to singapore from indigo counter they did not allowed for boarding cos ur executive told her that u dont hve visa of sinapore thats y but my sister hve this flight chennai to singapore and her lay out time to stay in singapore appr 8 to 10 hours and from singapore she hve another flight of australia its Scoot airlines she also told that i will take on arrival visa for singapore and indigo dont hve right to stop any customer like this cos my sister show australia visa and ticket how can she stay more in singapore ur indigo department first say that if u wanna travel u can travel for singapore at ur own risk if they dont give u on arrival visa then u hve to come back to india and our flight for india from singapore after 24 hours then after u hve to pay 60000 to 70000 rupees cos no flights for 24 hours they take care for 24 hours thats y u hve to pay this much rupees if i reach singapore and they will depot me then i will pay all amount to airlines after again they give u another escuses no u cant travel for singapore if they depot u then our indigo name will spoile what the hell is this too much problem my sister face after that indigo did not issue boarding pass and all after she buy new ticket for singpore for another airlines they pay very high charges my issues i will go higher authority for this problem face and i will complain regarding ur airlines for aviation department or u hve to bare all my charges that i hve pay i m waiting for ur reply cos in singapore they provide on arrival visa also and i m taking that before that ur indigo department did not issue my boarding pass all this is my geniun problem that my sister face at 1st september 2017 at night time now what u hve to do in this i want u to call me to solve this problem or should i take big action regarding indigo airlines waiting for ur call to solve this problem as soon as possible and also improve ur customer call center there is no supervisor came on phone u hold so long where customer go when they r in problem this is my mobile no.… Continue reading
