Hello sir 3 days ago i got the phone from flipkart,start the with i got the error after 5to6hours i found there is a battery issue so i called the custmer care they told replace the phone after technisian visit..i talked with technisian,not able to reach to solv query,so mail in flipkart about isssue till they giv m a date after 25 oct they solve thy issue.sir first thinghs why i repair this phone and i have proof of error ao sent them in the mail also talk with care but they r not giving refund money or replace phone.sir i m using phone from last three days which is not in working in condition
Evn i cant use any application sir.they r m giving date after date sir.i want to take my money back but they r denied
