Hi ,
I purchase Motor Insurance through On-line from Company Named ”www.BerkshireInsurance.com”.They are the Corporate licence holder from Insurance company named” Bajaj Allianz General Insurance”.
I made a transaction on 8th June 2013 .The Transaction ID is BI1306080001( They called it trace ID) ,in which i paid Rs7656/- for my motor insurance policy .But i have not get any soft copy as well as hard copy .I called number of times in the customer care and give number of mail in the ”[email protected]” but did got get any suitable reply for that .In between my previous car policy expired and i dont have proper documentation for drive the car .After number of calls to there customer care they say they can not generate the policy due to some technical reason,which is not at all except able .So currently i need to go for different company motor policy which cost my effort as well as money .Need a legal step against this kind of uncommitment from a company which is doing business in our country.… Continue reading
