My name is Mahmood khan, I have phone Samsung Galaxy j2, the day I purchased my phone I've also secured my phone from syskagadget secure I took insurance of my phone, And few months due to a unfortunate accident my phone has been broken, then I call syska gadget secure they told me that send your required documents and handset. I did and they said after 120days of our procedures we'll refund you 50% of your phones worth
But it's been more than six month now and I didn't get any kind of information regarding my refund or something else, each time I'm the one who call them on there customer care and they say '' Sir shortly your account will credited,
Sir your complaint is upgraded etc..
