I am really disappointed from the service & when I called to customer care their excuses ’Kripya hold karein & after 5 mins. call got disconnected, Sir server down hai, nearest reliance webworld visit kariye,humne aapkicomplaint forward kar di hai,etc.’ I feel like cheated.

I purchased online reliance netconnect+ from Connect Digital India (7827065339) on 8th March 2013, and after the call he send one of representative and he collected the document and told me the you services will activated in 24 Hours but my services were not started.… Continue reading
