My customer no.12034609.i have not activated channel no. 160 Topper channel but activate and deduct balance.and after that call for complaint they did not record complaint and told that your complaint is registered. Again when I am calling for resolving the problem they told that you did not register any complain and reduce to refund amount which is deducted.before one month ago same case happened and I told that again such type of call not to be done in my number but they did and now they refuse to refund amount.

I had placed an order worth Rs 11792 for purchase of certain spices with The Spice Market through their website on 11th August,2018 and the entire amount was paid in advance online on 11th August 2018 itself. There is no comunication on my order and and made several calls on two mobile nos. given on their site viz 9738074806 and 9487007209 which were never attended. I sent an email to the vendor on their email ID [email protected] requesting them to expedite despatch and intimate me the status, which again remained unattended till date.
