I have connection of UNINOR Num : 9173057485 . I have lots of problem with this service.i called in customer care on 12-01-2012 at sharp 11:00 pm. Customer care executive can’t get any information due to system up gradation. for your kind information, since last 10 days ,system up gradation is working since last 10 days.but nothing is done.They cannot able to give any information and deduct 50 paisa/3 minutes for call.I told the executive that.Pl.transfer this call to your senior executive.he transferd the call to Sr.executive and he cut my call.…

I am facing problem with my account balance.

my balance is deducting Rs. 10 /- every 4-5 days.Almost total Rs. 70/ – has beEn deducted as of now from my balance without any information.

I have complaint to UNINOR customer care no. also but no satisfactory result received.

Many times I am calling to customer care no. also and it unable to connect ,sometimes connected then in between disconnects automatically.

My self mayur prajapati, mo. 9727846755 (idea). I am using idea sim card. I have ported my number from vodafone. I have to call 2 complaint against idea.

I had called on number 30022 for information about GPRS packs. It gave info. Like Rc59 and 1GB surfing for 15 days. I got only 512MB. I have complaint about it, but company does not take any action. This process dated on 12th nov. 2011
