I was supposed to travel to New Zealand from India with my 3 other friends on our dream trip for which we took 3 weeks of holidays from our office after working extra hours. We had been planning for this trip since 3 months. We pre-booked and pre-paid everything in New Zealand including stay, car and activities. Full of excitement, we reached hyderbad airport and we were denied the boarding pass saying that the flight that we were supposed to board had a technical halt of 1.5 hours in Australia and we don't have a transit visa for that.

I have complained hundreds of times(to jio) but they never did anything about my concern. As their protocol Jio have given me 120 days from 4th july 2018 Which are going to over. But they still do nothing for their customer(me). There are lots people here who are facing same problem as i do.Today I called in jio again but like always they try to convince me that they need more time now more than 120days.
