When I received the order – the size was small so I opted for an exchange ( Size 7 ) on 18th July 2017Since I had not received it for quite some time I checeked at home with my mother and she said that the deliverance boy collected the shoes and asked her to sign on a device he had provided.

The customer care team told me to wait for first 10 days and finally sent me this:
