I ordered a gift – a chocolate teddy bear on 28th July the website says 2-5 working days – no regular updates upon chasing and chasing they finally agreed ordered got misplaced by Blue dart. Resend the order on 8th August with expected delivery for 10th August did not reach till 7:15 pm on 11th August and what was sent was a box of sweets not the teddy chocolate – the message i wrote was wrote out on the envelope of the airway bill – so exposed and there was an argument at my boyfriends family and message was also incomplete

i have all the 10-20 emails and order confirmation and pics of what was send / received to prove my case

Please can you kindly help – i need justice and don't want other consumers to fall in their trap
