My Complaint Description:
I am the general customer of united bank of india,newalipore branch since 20years.To open a new joint savings a/c at 1p.m on 13/03/2013 appearing to the manager with our very busy relatives(whose going to open an new a/c).We take form from the manager and filled up the hole form and attached all document along with the form.When i furnished their form to manager,he refused to take the form to opening an a/c.after asking the reason manager said it is my wish,you may open in other bank and also said if you want you may close all your a/c in this branch.after waiting a long period we request him to open the a/c.he starts misbehave with us badly.Finaly we go back home at evening and the couple loose their daily earnings.i want to know who is the responsible for this lose and misbehavier,this has to be compensate by the bank or manager,please help us for proper justice.I have complain to the cmcs and dgmcs united bank of india by email on 14/03/2013.but they have not taken any action on this event yet now.… Continue reading

I had contacted customer care officer Mithun for filing a complaint regarding deduction of a/c balance from my mobile for some service which was not activated by me,but instead of filing complaint he misbehaved with me and disconnected my call then i immediately called again and this time my problem was resolved.I called Mr. Mithun on 27th of july at 10:01p.m.
