Dear Sir, I was purchased a Mobile (Moto G Plus, 4th Gen IMEI NO. 354115071222911 on Dated :20/05/2016) form Amazone.in and its TRADERS DETAILS : OKAY ENTERPRISE, (BANGALORE, VAT TIN NO.29671201328, INVOICE NO. KA-BLR5-142538090-250075), Mobile Description is that Mobile is water register. , In my case due to rain water dropped on mobile and situation is that mobile is off.
So I contact to Amazone customer care for goods replace and they replied to me that not our product so we can not take return or replaced you have to go Motorola service center, Than after I contact to Motorola Service Center and they replied that MOBILE IS WATER REGISTER NOT WATER DAMAGED.… Continue reading
