The desk manager didnt allowed us to check in. He said gates are closed.we had our hotel booked at kolkata. Also our next day return ticket frm kolkata to mumbai 9W 616 was booked.

So I sent the courier it almost 15 days they did not reply after my courier reached their office. So after two days I mailed them to please do something so they replied we will surely resolve my issue by Saturday.
