I am following with customer care from last 2 months and have made several calls and every time the customer care executive says that your case has been forwarded to billing department and you will get a revert call in next 24 hours but till date I haven’t received a call from the billing department.
Now neither i can deactivate my no. nor i am getting the refund so subsequently the bill amount is increasing every month according to the basic plan , although i am not using my no.

But bill was sent by Airtel with Rs.716.75 for period of 18.06.2016 to 07.07.2016. Then we got information from Airtel relationship centre at Adajan, Surat that the bill includes internet charges.
