My Complaint Description:
My airtel postpaid mobile number was 9860778461.I activated gprs on my mobile in the last week of dec 2012. GPRS by default activated without any intimation of bill plan.I used GPRS for 2-3 weeks,but bill for GPRS came 2500. I didn’t paid bill bcoz it is huge amount.They by default activated 10ps/permb plan. Didn’t send me unbilled usage.when the bill came I know I have to pay this much bill.
So I didn’t paid bill yet.I want the satisfactory waver.when I will get it I will immediately pay the bill.my number is also not working and they called me and said we will send u r case to lawyer.… Continue reading
