I have faced a huge problem with Respected GSRTC. I have booked E ticket from online portal through mobile internet, Transaction was successfully done ,amount was debited from my Account. I had been to prime restaurant to purchase the THUMS UP 500ml. As per thums up company policy they provide 150ml extra from their side an price remain same.
but prime restaurant honor charges Rs.3 more than the printed on bottle. I ask them that threre is M.R.P of Rs.30 print on bottle than why you charge Rs.3 more? then he replied that it was cooling charge. which is not fare from customer point of view.… Continue reading
