Sir,
I am Gaurang Vaidya, physically handicapped person,graduate chemical engineer & working as Manager in chemical industry at Dahej, Gujarat….I have personal Account on IRCTC portal…use this account to book tickets occasionally, especially in vacation & whenever i require, for this vacation i hv planed to visit kerala, a land of god's gift…
I have booked tickets from Okha to Ernaculam, boarding from :- Surat, booking date :- 15/4/2018, Journey date:- 26/5/18, but when we entered in the train on 26/5/18, ( train number 16337) our whole family names were missing on chart, our tickets were alloted to other persons & whole these tickets issued from Rajkot division,TT came to us in train & asked us to leave the train otherwise he called Police by saying that you were all without tickets, so immediately left the train at Next station Valsad( WR) & lauched the written complain at Valsad station, by sudden such situation , My self & my family( wife & two daughters) were under tremedious psychological & physical stress, though i hv maintained calm & went to Mumbai by GSRTC bus & picked up plane from Mumbai & came to Kochi.

While booking tickets through E-Wallet, at the last stage it asks for OTP; but I am not getting any OTP on my registered mobile number on the IRCTC website. Also thereafter I choose to click on resend the OTP link; still I am not able to receive the OTP. As a result, I am not able to book tickets from my E-Wallet account.
