I created E-Wallet account on IRCTC website. I deposited Rs 8,200 for railway ticket booking. While booking tickets through E-Wallet, at the last stage it asks for OTP; but I am not getting any OTP on my registered mobile number on the IRCTC website. Also thereafter I choose to click on resend the OTP link; still I am not able to receive the OTP. As a result, I am not able to book tickets from my E-Wallet account.

So pls help me I sand Emails for refund Many times to irctc but i dont recieve satisfied answer from irctc pls help me.

But ticket was not confirmed so, I cancelled the ticket on 28.04.2017. Than I remind my refund after 15 days they prepare TDR(Ticket Deposit Receipt) on 17.05.2017 TDR no. is 632756. I remind by RPAD to mumbai offfice as wel as Vadodara. I have many times remind for refund but no any answer from railway .I remind To Chief Commercial Manager Curchgate Mumbai and ticket Collector Vadodara, But no any reply and Refund.
