My Complaint Description:
I have ordered Rakhi(ORDER NO 7281506) for one of my relative through Rediff Shop & Gift on 25th of july,2012.According to website,they have promised that the Rakhi will be delivered before Rakhi,exactly on either 1st or last by 2nd August 2012.It’s too bad to share that today it’s Rakhshabandhan,but the order has not delivered to its destination.The customer care is know even not reponding,as when i am trying to TRACK my ORDER,they are forwarding my call to customer care,where they are saying that(Customer Care No 1800 266 2333) you call on other no or go for 1st option from the menu, what is SHOPING,actually.Staff with customer care is poorly trained & highly impolite & unprofessional(actually PATHETIC,They don’t know how to talk to a Customer.Lastly, i really felt that my decision to sent the RAKHI through this unresponsive & unprofessional WEBISTE.… Continue reading
