I mailed also in which I mentioned order I'd , my bank details etc. But I didn't any response. I tried to Msz to zipper team , as soon as I told them about the issue they blocked me.

It is mandatory if your brand is official and trust worthy AND you are mentioning everything on description box during placing order that EASY RETURN IS AVAILABLE, REFUND IN CASE OF MISORDERED ITEM / ANY DISSATISFACTION etc etc… it should be fulfilled after one's query. I have placed an order on 17/07/2018 and i received on 20/07/2018. I paid total 999 as it was cash on delivery. BUT within half an hour i emailed back on customer care service email as i found i was not receiving what i had ordered.
