We have booked a flat 2015 as a MADHRURAM FLAT,KARODIA ROAD,VADODARA. Builder demanded 1.50 lack (Cash) for Documents+ Maintaenance Charges + others by cheque.Now he will be handover the flat to Association of Madhuram and he will be given only 30,000/- for Maintaenance( rest 45000/- for Documentation ) and the balance payment will not give back and told us they used for pay Service Tax, also not given receipt the same of S.TAX.
