Sir, मैंने 2 Feb को deoria से Tata docomo ka sim खरीदा था, जिसका मोबाइल number 7275835597 है ! मैंने 20 रुपये देकर sim लिया ! Sim लेते वक्त sim बेचने वाले ने कहा कि 5 घण्टे के अंदर frc हो जायेगा ! लेकिन उसका frc 18 फरवरी तक नही हुआ था !

This shouldn't be the way in business with the customer. at least company should give notification to the customer before to change the Billing Plan.

I also paid all remaining amount to the company but they are not accepting their fault and also they refused to refund extra amount charged by them
