My Complaint Description:
i happen to visit tradus.in in Dec 14th and was very impressed with the pricing, since its parent company was ibibo, went ahead and paid and ordered for PNY 16gb Pen drive on 14th Dec order id: 1431673, Transaction id: 2045808, I got the Part delivered on 22nd Dec, with correct invoice, but wrong part, your customer executive Naresh, told me to send the snap shots of the product and he later apologized on behalf of the company and he convinced me for a 200INR Gift Voucher, i asked him for 250 INR voucher and he told will close the case. i again ordered the same part, as part was available, on 26th Dec order id:1424498,Transaction id: 2068861, using the gift voucher, today on 3rd of January, they informed me the part is out of stock and willing to ship me the same part which was shipped earlier or refund, I informed customer executive Amit to refund me the complete amount, he disagreed and told will give a gift voucher again, informed him, it was my 1st ever transaction with
tradus.in and u still expect me to buy things Again, he informed he shall check,
Team all I request is to refund me a complete amount!!
i also have ordered a Toshiba Lcd TV order #1431673, Transaction id: 2074628 on 27th Dec, to gift my parents on new year, but it is still yet to be dispatched, hope that doesn’t turn out to be a disappointment again. I have been a customer to eBay. In since 2005, never come across such an issue.. Just to save few hundred rupees, I am going thru all this harassment, I am a team manager at Dell India, we never treat our customers like this, our goal is customer satisfaction and we deliver it with even exceptions made.
Would expect the same from Tradus.in or IBIBO Company
