My Complaint Description:
I own a Fully Automatic front loading Washing Machine of SAMSUNG make . WF8500NMS The Detail Specs.of purchase are as follows.
Date Of Purchase : 8th Aug 2011, from CROMA Infinity retail Limited Rajkot, INvoice No: SLF02A036020010869.
Cost of New machine : 17999/-
Post purchase the machine was working fine till 4th Aug 2015. on 4th August the machine started malfunctioning and thus I raised the complaint on Central Helpdesk of Sumsung customer service desk. Based on complaint a Technician Visited to My place and claimed that the machine has broken down and needs its DRUM to be replaced costing to amount Rs 15000/-
Without showing the part which has malfunctioned or needs replacements . Post multiple calls also their has been no satisfactory replay to the query as to why the whole machines needs replacement .
I expect an explanation from company on same as a fully automatic machine should give alarm in case of over load or any other malfunction with same one can not expect that life cycle of such important part DRUM can break down in span of three years .
