I was living in Surat and I had GTPL connection with following details,
Skyworth – C7637
NDS SMART CARD P2
As of now, I moved to Ahmedabad, so that I requested to transfer my GTPL connection to Ahmedabad.
Though I requested to transfer it after 11th October 2015, I was forced to pay for the full October month and they gave me the NOC letter at 9th October 2015( attached with this email ).
Now the problem is I moved to Ahmedabad and was trying to contact you on your toll free line, receiver always says that your request is under processing and will call us back within 2-3 hours. But I haven't received any call back and I am trying it from last 3-4 days, still no response.
On 17th October 2015 I visited local GTPL branch in Vejalpur, on Jivaraj park road. At that place I was again forced to pay for this on going October month.
Still I haven't received any connection till date 24 October 2015.
And what about my refund that I was forced to pay for this ongoing october month at surat branch ?
Who is responsible for that ?
I haven't got any connection or haven't received any call back from GTPL.
