My Complaint Description:
My Sister paid Rs. 4750/- by check for broadband connection on 29-8-2013 to the Company executive. After that company’s technical persons fitted all the instruments on 1st September, 2013 afternoon. Connection was started in some hours, but on 1st Setp, 2013 night, internet connection continuously interrupted and cut in every 15 to 20 minutes. Barring this situation till 2nd September, 2013 afternoon. But in afternoon connection is totally cut then I filed complaint for this problem on customer care number. Complaint number is 130901208. Customer care executive told me that he will call back in sometime and solve the problem. But after 2 hour there is no response from them and internet connection is also not done, I call them back and talked to Mr. Kirtan Chaudhary. He reply me same answer that they will call back. I asked him to give call to senior person Mr. Pradip Patel, He told me that he is not in office.
My point is that they take full payment from us and give not good product service and also bad customer care response. I felt that they are not giving us good support after taking money.
Please Help in made service of company more responsible to customer.
